I would just like to thank everyone for their kindness and support at this difficult and sad time. I know it's going to be hard without my Steve at my side but we both knew we had good friends in the bowling fraternity and in due course this will, hopefully, make things a bit easier. And thank you John Young for your lovely tribute to Steve. Closer to home, thank you to everyone who came to Steve's funeral, it meant a lot and if I didn't get to thank you personally, I thank you now. Come the start of the bowls season in September I will try to be back in full swing and do Steve proud. Once again thank you to everyone and one thing I have learned in this short period is please enjoy every day and appreciate the company of your loved ones. Jan |
