The first semi final was between Margaret Maltby/Maureen Savage
and Linda Harvey/Val Wright. Margaret and Maureen got away to a
good start and won comfortably 22 shots to 7. The other semi
final was between Maggie Holmes/Ann Muir and Jan Johnson/Chris
Dedman this proved to be a very close game with Maggie and Ann
winning 18 shots to 15.
The final again proved to be a close game with Maggie and Ann
getting off to a flyer with a 9 shot lead after 6 ends then
Margaret and Maureen closed the gap to only 2 shots after 12
ends but in the end Maggie and Ann finished up worthy winters
18 shots to 13.
